HMO Floor Plan for Multiple Occupancy  Properties

When a property is rented to three or more individuals who do not form a single household but share facilities such as a kitchen and bathroom, it is a legal requirement to obtain a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) licence from the relevant local authority.
