The A-B-D-S Chartered Town Planner will research the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) to check if the local planning authority places any restrictions on your property and seek evidence that may support or oppose your application.
After completing this initial research, our planner will provide a phone consultation to discuss what can be built in terms of size and appearance, whether planning permission is needed, which application applies, the likelihood of success, and the best planning strategy.
After your consultation call with your assigned town planner, we will send you a customised Planning Appraisal Report for your site and project, outlining the likelihood of success, required planning application, and an accurate quotation for a successful submission.
